MAD MILLIE VEGETABLE CULTURE is great to use when making sauerkraut, kimchi or other fermented vegetables with your Mad Millie Fermenting Crock. This provides a faster more reliable fermentation. Each Fermented Vegetables Culture Sachet contains Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis biovar diacetylactis and Leuconostoc.

5 sachets will make: 5 batches (10 kg/22 lb) Fermented Vegetables, each sachet treats approximately 2 kg of vegetables.
