RECOMMENDED DOSE
ADULTS take a 5g serve (one metric teaspoon) 1-2 times daily, dissolve in a glass of water or pre-workout drink.
Creatine is best taken ½ hour before work-outs to aid performance and immediately post workouts to assist recovery or as directed by your healthcare professional.
