NATUROPHARM ARNICA CREAM assists the body’s natural response to injury, fatigue and bruising. Aids normal muscle recovery after strenuous exercise and exertion. Aids normal defense mechanisms in times of trauma and after surgery.

Topical preparations of Arnica contains the herbal tincture Arnica Montana in a natural, grapeseed-oil cream base

RECOMMENDED USE
Apply liberally to affected area 3 to 4 times a day as required but only where the skin is unbroken. Do not apply to broken skin.

SAFETY INFORMATION
Follow with “Rest Ice Compression Elevation” for any soft tissue injury. Avoid activity or sport until healing occurs.
Do not apply to broken skin.
Exercise that does not stress the injured part, or causes pain, is encouraged.
A health professional should always be consulted if the injuries are serious.
