NATUROPHARM BIRTH AID Spray supports natural childbirth and normal recovery from the physical stress of birthing. Birth-Aid should be taken during labour and delivery and following the birth for as long as required.

INGREDIENTS
Birth-Aid contains homoeopathic potencies of Arnica, Bellis Perennis, Hamamelis and Hypericum.

RECOMMENDED DOSE
DURING BIRTH Take 2 sprays per dose orally at 5 to 10 minute intervals as necessary during labour.
AFTER BIRTH Take 2 sprays per dose orally 3 times a day as required
Use Naturopharm Pre-Birth during the last 2 or 3 weeks of term to help support muscle tone and natural childbirth.
