INGREDIENTS (per 4 softgels)
Purified artic cod liver oil providing EPA 80 mg, DHA 120 mg, other Omega-3s 50 mg, Total Omega-3s 250 mg. Other ingredients: softgel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water, natural flavour), natural flavour, d-alpha tocopherol (antioxidant), rosemary extract (preservative).

RECOMMENDED DOSE
(Recommended for ages 3-6): Take four soft gels daily, with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional or pharmacist. Soft gels can be chewed or swallowed.
