Magnesium (from Magnesium Bisglycinate) (TRACCS®) 25 mg
Other Ingredients:
Rice Flour, Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source) and Silicon Dioxide.

RECOMMENDED DOSE
ADULTS Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.
